How can I collect my lift passes?

If you’ve booked a Chamonix-Homes holiday home, either direct on www.chamonix-homes.com or via an accommodation portal ( Airbnb, booking.com for example ) your lift passes can be delivered to your accommodation.

If you’re using an alternative accommodation provider, please contact us on bookings@chamonix-homes.com to arrange collection from our office at 350 Route du Bouchet, Chamonix

 

How do I use my pass?

Keep your pass in your left breast or arm pocket and it will swipe through the barriers and turnstiles when you access the telecabins, chair and button lifts.  Don’t put anything else in the pocket as this could prevent it from working properly.

 

What do I do with my pass at the end of my holiday?

The lift passes can be recycled or re-used. Please leave your expired  passes in your accommodation.
